There are mainly the following types of process routes in the metallization process: silver paste printing, silver coated copper wire printing, laser transfer printing, electroplating copper, and inkjet printing. Due to the high cost of silver paste electrodes, some enterprises and research institutions are actively developing electrode technologies that use base metal copper and other alternatives to silver.
